The blue comes from accidentally forgetting to switch the white balance from last night's tungsten run combined with a Singh-Ray LB Warming polarizer. The long exposure blurred the remaining reflections.
Last Leaf of Summer
Rusty red in the fast fading light
Comes to rest against
The Blue.
Last Leaf of Summer
So tired
Unaware this rest is not a rest
It is the end of the journey.
